| Hello,
First of all I would like to intoduce myself, my name is Richard Meier. I am the owner and creater of Meier Custom Embroidery. Along with my parents, Larry and Jessie Meier, we have Meier Custom Embroidery and Tack.

| We are located between Limon and Hugo Colorado. My Parents have ranched and raised horses, here in Colorado, for about 40 years.
I started embroidering, commercially, in August 2007 after what turned out to be a fortunate and blessed ordeal.

| When your in agriculture it seems you are always trying to diversify, and that's just what I was doing when I got into this business. I started out in 2005 making leather pillows for myself, and when people saw them they asked if I had any for sale and so I said "Sure, how many do you want?" Then I thought It would be really cool to be able to put there brand or intials in the leather. That's when I bought my first embroidery machine in 2006, a Husqvarna/Viking D1. Then people found out I had an embroidery machine and asked if I could embroider shirts or jackets etc. and me being me, couldn't turn down a sale, so I said "Sure". That's when it started. I really didn't realize what I was getting myself into.

| Then in July of 2007 we had a rude occurance happen where we had to move from the place where my Dad is the forman for the past 20 years, for a brief time longer anyway, and come back to our place, and we had to do this in less than a month, YEAH RIGHT! It was not easy moving 20 years of accumulation in less than a month, but we did it. That's when I got to thinking if I'm going to do this embroidering commercially, now is the time. So I started looking at machines and Mom and I went to Melco Industries and looking at the Amaya XT, I thought WOW, what a beast. So I bought it, and in August 2007 Meier Custom Embroidery was born.

| I have embroidered for many businesses, schools and events in the area, including the Colorado Championship Ranch Rodeo in Hugo, and making and embroidering the Sashes for the Limon Jr. Sr. Prom. I have expanded my area and have embroidered for people in Texas, Oklahoma and S. Dakota, and it keeps growing. We are in the process of building a shop for my machine and to carry tack.
So if your ever in the area stop by, I will always have time to visit.
